Prof. Dr. Jannie en Wilma le Roux
English below
Daarom leef ek in verwondering oor God se liefde, is dol oor my vrou Wilma, gesin, familie, vriende en oor nuwe uitdagings.
Jannie is Professor en “Faculty Member of the Global MBA and Global PhD of IBR”, sowel as “Affiliate Professor of Kairos University (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) in USA”.
Ook in verskeie televisie optredes by Kruiskyk.
The blog’s name originated when Jannie was introduced on RSG as an “inspiration guru.” His friend Sarel, a graphic designer, adapted the name to “Inspire GuROUX” by adding “le Roux” and using quotation marks, because they believe they are communicating inspiration.
Jannie says about himself:
“I am passionately in love with Jesus. The most wonderful experience is to know: God loves me! That’s why I live in awe of God’s love, I am crazy about my wife Wilma, my family, friends, and new challenges. And I truly want to inspire people! There is so much more in you, in life, and in the world to discover and to experience!”
Jannie is a Professor and “Faculty Member of the Global MBA and Global PhD of IBR,” as well as an “Affiliate Professor of Kairos University (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) in the USA.” He teaches Global MBA classes in “Human Resources” and “Human Flourishing” for doctoral students.
Jannie loves to inspire people to live out their best potential. He is also trained in facilitation.
“After a difficult time in our lives, which I wrote about in Ten Spyte Van Tsunami’s, I realized I was starting to lose my joy – and I am actually a joyful person! I then began researching happiness and wrote a journal, Say Yes to Happiness! After that, miracles started happening. I now see our lives as part of a ‘Divine Conspiracy’ (as Dallas Willard calls it), and I hope you will find some of that inspiration and wonder in my blog or on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DrJannieleRoux”
Jannie regularly appears as a preacher, motivational speaker, and presenter of leadership and other courses. As a coach and facilitator, he has helped many people and organizations with new hope and direction. He is also the author of more than 50 books. He is often heard on RSG and Radio Pulpit, where he shares inspiration with audiences – regularly reaching more than 450,000 people! He has also appeared on television, including on Kruiskyk. The program Sondagjoernaal has often called him the “happiness guru.” He laughs about this himself and says:
“I would like to inspire others to experience more joy and freedom, fulfillment and peace – in other words, to flourish! – so that together they can help make the world a better place!”
Since 1997, Jannie and Wilma have also regularly led tours to places where people can experience more of God and move beyond their own boundaries or limitations. They have visited more than 24 countries with their tours, including places such as Jerusalem, Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, and the Garden Tomb in Israel. Recently, the following was published about Jannie le Roux at Knowledge Resources (adapted):
(Due to the financial impact during Covid-19, the church council negotiated early retirement with Jannie, which now gives him the opportunity to live out his calling even more.)
